Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Mid-Level Project Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects through effective planning, execution, and follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and has a strong foundation in Waterfall project management, with a focus on operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment.
What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for managing initiatives that span multiple teams and stakeholders, driving improvements in processes, timelines, and coordination across departments such as Product, Development, QA, Release, and Operations.
A key part of your role will involve identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and ensuring all project phases are clearly tracked and documented from initiation to closure.
In addition, this position may occasionally involve direct collaboration with customers or client-facing teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and delivered as expected.
About You
Proven experience and knowledge in managing operational activities.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic gaming environment.
Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects, communicates effectively, and is comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
What We’d Prefer
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., game development, computer science) or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Passion for gaming and a good understanding of industry trends.
