Responsibilities
Be a part of IGT's exciting future. IGT is the global leader in the design, development, manufacturing, distribution, and sales of computerized gaming equipment, software, network, and lottery systems.
Base responsibilities include production order maintenance, checking material availability, expediting and communicating part shortages, processing material returns, releasing production orders, and minimizing order variances by following documented processes. This individual will work cross functionally to resolve manufacturing issues and must be proactive in solving problems. Knowledge of BOM's, production routings, master data, warehousing and basic production processes is desired. Also, individual must be able to communicate those findings professionally in both written and verbal form. This individual must be able to work independently; with guidance in only the most complex situations. Must also demonstrate the characteristics required to promote a positive teamwork type atmosphere within the department as well as cross functionally with those departments we interact with on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience in production control, production support or equivalent role
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Warehouse or Production support experience
- Proficiency using SAP systems is preferred
- APICS certification preferred
- Must be able to pass a security investigation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
