Role Overview

 

IGT Play Digital is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our core team in Timisoara. 
Your primary focus will be on providing first-line technical support to our customers along with monitoring the products and company infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

 

•    Provide technical support for issues related to company software products.
•    Troubleshoot, escalate and resolve communication problems between technical equipments.
•    Monitor the company’s hardware and software infrastructure.
•    Communicate efficiently with partners and service providers.
•    Proactively analyze alerts and system data, take appropriate action, document issues, and escalate when necessary.
•    Actively participate in incident response teams (e.g., phishing, ATP, DDoS, malware incidents), helping resolve issues and improve efficiency.
•    Assist in developing incident resolution procedures.
•    Demonstrate solid understanding of core technologies such as firewalls, IPS, etc.
•    Recommend improvements to support processes and procedures.
•    Work with the team to identify risks not currently covered by existing technologies.
•    Demonstrate the ability and willingness to mentor and support junior team members.
•    Perform other tasks assigned by management, in accordance with skills and competencies.

About You

 

Experience on Technical Support Engineer roles within IT industry 
Excellent team player – ability to integrate to the team quickly, bringing a positive attitude and way of work
Well organized and structured person, keen to progress their career in iGaming 
Technical university degree (preferable).
Proficiency in Atlassian and Microsoft Products. Experience in a software development environment is preferred 
Strong communications skills
Self-driven, proactive and independent.
Demonstrate high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all configurations.
