Role Overview
Join IGT PlayDigital and take the lead in creating next-generation digital casino games for players around the world. As a Producer on our Game Production team, you will oversee the full creative and technical process — from concept and design through development, testing, and launch. You’ll ensure our teams deliver high-quality, innovative games that meet both player expectations and regulatory requirements. If you’re passionate, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
• Act as the main contact and project leader for assigned game development projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the full production lifecycle, including design, graphic development, scripting, coding, testing, and release.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and effective marketing alignment.
• Define, document, and communicate the project vision, scope, and schedule, with regular feedback loops.
• Track progress and key performance indicators, providing updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure efficient communication across all teams.
About You
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams .
• Proven success in delivering complex, high-quality products on schedule.
• Deep understanding of the game development and design process, including art, math models, user experience, and audio.
• Strong project management skills, planning, and execution under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, JIRA, PowerPoint, and project-tracking software.
What We'd Prefer
• Experienced in regulated gaming environments, with hands-on knowledge of real-money wagering games and online gaming technologies including HTML5.
• Skilled in cross-cultural collaboration, successfully working with teams across diverse time zones and backgrounds.
• Passionate about innovation, with a strong interest in emerging trends in casino games and player behavior analytics.
