Role Overview

IGT PlayDigital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Producer to support the creation of world-class digital casino games. In this role, you’ll work closely with Producers and cross-functional teams to help manage the development of slot and table games for a global audience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in game production while contributing to exciting, high-quality projects in a regulated industry.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Assist Producers in managing the day-to-day operations of game development projects.

Help coordinate project timelines, documentation, and communication across teams.

Support the creation and maintenance of project schedules, scope, and milestone tracking.Facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.

Track project progress and help prepare status reports and presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

Help identify and communicate risks or blockers to the Producer.

Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

 

About You

 

1–3 years of experience in a production, project coordination, or similar support role.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment.

Experience in game development or digital entertainment.

Interest in working with international teams across time zones.

Understanding of localization and internationalization best practices.
