IGT’s Encore Studios is looking to expand its Technical Artist team and is actively seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, technically creative individual. We pride ourselves on designing industry-leading content while also setting the standard for merchandising. We are passionate about setting new standards for content, presentation, technical artists, 2D/3D artists, sound engineers, game engineers, game designers, mathematicians, project managers and producers. Working together as multi-discipline teams, our goal is to consistently take casino gaming to the next level.
- Contribute to development goals and milestones while building proficiency in artistic and technical skills.
- Organize, optimize, and implement 2D/3D art assets using Photoshop, Unity, in-house tools, and version control systems like Perforce or GitHub.
- Troubleshoot technical design issues related to game art implementation.
- Support the completion of game products by applying routine technical and creative skills
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 2–4 years of combined experience in casino game development or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Unity 3D, Photoshop, Jira, and version control systems such as Perforce or GitHub.
- Familiarity with game design principles that support and enhance artistic direction.
- General knowledge of 2D/3D art techniques including optimization, lighting, shaders, particles, and asset integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to game design and implementation.
- Understanding of game development processes that require both creative and technical problem-solving.
- Experience working within Jira and Scrum/Kanban workflows.
- Able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License.
- Ability to pass a security background investigation.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,990/yr - $96,845/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
