IGT is seeking a Global People Services Specialist IV to join our Reno People & Culture team, serving as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers worldwide. In this role, you will provide responsive support on a wide range of P&C inquiries while delivering centralized operational and administrative assistance to Business Partners and Centers of Expertise. With a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and customer service, you will help employees navigate their careers, ensure smooth workforce administration, and contribute to a culture of service and excellence across IGT’s global operations.

  • Manage workforce administration across assigned regions, including hiring, terminations, promotions, transfers, and contract updates.
  • Document and respond to P&C queries via myGPS, email, walk-ins, or calls.
  • Execute P&C transactions in SuccessFactors for global employees.
  • Support work permit and licensing documentation.
  • Maintain employee documentation (e.g., personnel files, eligibility confirmations, medical records).
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in P&C actions.
  • Ensure up-to-date local policy and benefits information on employee portals.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries per established guidelines.
  • Promote and educate employees to use self-service tools such as myGPS.
  • Assist with P&C communications and language translations.
  • Escalate complex issues to Business Partners or COEs.
  • Handle compliance processing and internal audit requests.
  • Generate monthly reports.
  • Process vendor invoices per approval matrix.
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill deliverables and support peers.
  • Provide input to COEs for P&C initiatives.
  • Participate in enterprise-wide projects (e.g., system upgrades, training, testing).
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Support the Latin America and Caribbean region as needed, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and resolution of region-specific inquiries and cases.

Qualifications & Skills


Education & Experience


  • Associate’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR or shared service delivery experience

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience with data entry and HR systems

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong verbal and written communication with tact and diplomacy
  • Customer service excellence across all interaction channels

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $44,990/yr- $96,845/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. 

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
