IGT is seeking a Computer Operator II to join our team at the Reno, Nevada campus. In this role, you will serve as a primary representative of IGT’s MegaJackpots Wide Area Progressive (WAP), supporting both internal and external customers through our Tier One Contact Center. As part of a 24/7/365 team within our Network Operations Center, you will be responsible for monitoring high-volume games, systems, and enterprise infrastructures across North America and around the globe. You will monitor and report on WAP system and game-level issues, ensuring all incidents are addressed quickly and in compliance with jurisdictional and internal controls. You will follow established processes and triage steps to remediate issues, provide customer support, and assist in maintaining overall system uptime.
- Perform front-end primary jackpot monitoring and support.
- Address, triage, and escalate casino systems issues as needed.
- Provide technical support and coordinate with IGT Field Services.
- Assist team members with additional duties as required.
- Generate and deliver reports on system activity.
- Support recovery activities to restore normal operations.
Qualifications
- Two-year technical college degree or comparable experience.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a related field preferred.
- Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, Call Center, or Customer Service role.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, DocuSign, and/or ACD systems preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $34,216/yr - $65,957/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
