Are you passionate about ensuring integrity in IGT’s global Digital business? Join us as a Compliance Analyst and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our reputation and licenses through thorough due diligence and regulatory checks. This is a standalone role with high visibility and impact, reporting directly to the Director of Compliance, located in Graz. You will be working closely with our internal Compliance, Commercial, and Legal teams. Depending on the growth of business, this position gives great options for development.
Location: Premstaetten near Graz
Work Hours: Full-time - 38,5 h/week
Start: ASAP
Minimum Remuneration: € 3.775,27
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting initial and ongoing Due Diligence on business partners
• Verifying partners’ anti-money laundering and terrorist financing policies
• Ensure partners hold valid gaming licenses
• Manage entity disclosures in line with internal policies
• Handle sensitive company and personal data
• Navigate complex corporate structures to assess compliance risks
• Maintain internal records and tools
• Provide internal approvals on behalf of compliance
Your Qualifications
• Prior experience in structured corporate environments (you have ideally worked in a large international group)
• Strong personal presence and resilience under pressure
• High reliability, discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel), PDF tools, Jira, and Dataverse
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Bonus Perks
• Background in legal, banking, finance police, or tax authorities – ideally in positions related to AML/KYB (Anti Money Laundering/Know Your Business)
• Experience with the EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive and local adaptations
• Knowledge in tools like Moody’s Compliance Catalyst, KYC6, Thomson Reuters
• Cross-cultural communication skills
• Structured, precise, and proactive working style
• Utmost discretion, as this role handles highly sensitive data

Remuneration
According to Austrian law we are obligated to list the minimum salary for this position. The minimum salary starts at €3.775,27 gross per month for 38,5 hours/week, however actual compensation is negotiable and will be based on your qualification and experience.
