Overview:
The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing talent and learning systems, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors modules like Reporting, Succession and Learning Management System (LMS) etc. This role partners with internal stakeholders to execute integrated talent management processes, deliver reporting insights, and support performance and talent review process improvement. The position is global, and requires technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and strong reporting capabilities to drive talent strategies across the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and optimize SuccessFactors modules including performance, goal planning, succession, continuous feedback and reporting
- Administer and support LMS platform to ensure seamless learning experiences
- Generate and analyze reports using Excel and MS Office tools to support talent management initiatives
- Execute reporting initiatives to improve process effectiveness and data-driven decision-making
- Support the implementation of integrated talent management processes.
- Create end-user documentation to support process execution.
- Validate that talent processes are executed as expected and outcomes are timely and accurate.
- Perform regular audits and validations to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Recommend enhancements to optimize talent management processes and systems.
- Deliver presentations and facilitate discussions on talent processes.
- Provide support for training logistics or documentation, as needed.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience working with talent and learning systems, particularly SuccessFactors and LMS platforms
- Solid understanding of talent management processes and experience supporting their execution (e.g., performance management, succession planning, learning administration, reporting).
Technical Proficiency:
- Solid working knowledge of SuccessFactors modules including performance, goal planning, succession, continuous feedback, and reporting.
- Experience administering and supporting LMS platforms to ensure smooth learning operations.
- Proficient in generating and analyzing reports using Excel and MS Office tools.
- Ability to support reporting initiatives that enhance process effectiveness and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with data and systems to support talent management execution.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Clear, concise, and professional communication style, with a focus on execution and follow-through.
- Ability to translate complex information into simple, actionable insights.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and time zones in a global environment.

That’s why our starting compensation range is $38,281 to $156,700, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
