Overview
The Supervisor Shipping Compliance represents IGT in all regulatory markets and leads Shipping Compliance efforts to support product shipments and drive strategic initiatives. This role serves as a subject matter expert in shipping matters, ensuring alignment with jurisdictional requirements and internal processes. Reporting to the Senior Manager Compliance, the Supervisor Shipping Compliance coordinates strategies, delivers quality service, educates internal teams, and supports company goals through proactive risk management and regulatory adherence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply Systems of Internal Controls and jurisdictional regulations to ensure compliance.
- Accurately audits and ensures regulatory shipping requirement repositories are current.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators and industry stakeholders.
- Provide training and education to IGT personnel on Shipping Compliance matters.
- Monitor regulatory trends and gather intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Support cross-functional teams with compliance insights during product development and deployment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to Shipping Compliance activities.
- Facilitate product placement while maintaining shipping compliance requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Expert in SAP enterprise resource planning software.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong networking skills and ability to foster relationships with regulators and industry peers.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate situations from macro to micro levels.

That’s why our starting compensation range is $38,281 to $156,700 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
