Overview
The Regional Compliance Manager represents IGT in defined regulatory markets and leads compliance efforts to support product introduction, reduce time to market, and drive strategic initiatives. This role serves as a subject matter expert in regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with jurisdictional requirements and internal controls. Reporting to the Senior Manager Compliance, the Regional Compliance Manager coordinates strategies, delivers quality service, educates regulators and internal teams, and supports company goals through proactive risk management and regulatory engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead regulatory efforts in assigned jurisdictions, acting as the primary liaison between IGT and regulatory bodies.
• Facilitate product approvals by identifying high-risk areas and implementing strategies to meet turnaround expectations.
• Interpret and apply Systems of Internal Controls and jurisdictional regulations to ensure compliance.
• Manage product rollouts, including detailed analysis and interpretation of regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators and industry stakeholders.
• Provide training and education to regulators and IGT personnel on compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory trends and gather intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Support cross-functional teams with compliance insights during product development and deployment.
• Represent IGT in regulatory meetings, audits, and industry events.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to compliance activities.
• Facilitate product placement while maintaining shipping compliance requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a management or project management role, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Prior experience as a regulator is beneficial.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal control systems.
- Ability to analyze complex regulatory information and translate it into actionable strategies.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong networking skills and ability to foster relationships with regulators and industry peers.
Work Ethic & Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate situations from macro to micro levels.
- Self-motivated and proactive in managing compliance initiatives.

That’s why our starting compensation range is $60,989 to $200,500 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture.
