Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Talent Management to lead our global talent strategy during an exciting time of integration and transformation. This critical leadership role will form the talent philosophies and strategy for the newly-combined company, build a high-performing global talent management function, and work across leadership to make IGT the employer of choice for top talent across all industries. They will measure success by understanding and influencing key talent drivers that drive employee productivity, including talent development, inclusion, engagement and retention.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the global Talent Management function across all business units (Land-Based Gaming, Digital, FinTech) as well as key enterprise functions including Product, Technology, Studios, and corporate functions
  • Design and fully execute a post-merger talent management strategy that drives integration, transformation, and growth of both our people and the company
  • Define a new people-first culture in a newly-merged company, ensuring that people and teams belong and can perform their best
  • Develop a world-class employee experience that reflects our brand, values, and ambition - from onboarding through professional development and career progression - utilizing learning & development, competency management, performance management, employee engagement, and other key talent management approaches
  • Help teams and organizations perform at their best by supporting the company with organization development frameworks and resources that drive both business and people result

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive HR or Talent Management leadership experience in global, fast-paced, results-oriented environments
  • Experience leading through M&A, transformation, and/or large-scale organization change
  • A measurable productivity focus, helping employees perform their best and achieve their potential while delivering on business objectives
  • Deep understanding of global talent markets from a workforce planning perspective, modern talent management best practices, employee engagement, leadership development, talent planning, and workforce planning strategies
  • A strategic, change-oriented mindset with a bias for action, including the ability to roll up your sleeves when needed
  • A collaborative and influential approach that acts on the best ideas, brings others along and drives results
  • A passion for innovation in talent development, fostering inclusive and high-performing teams, and creating strategies to engage and retain the best talent
  • A strong desire to win

At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you—your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why our starting compensation range is $167,256 to $275,000, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
