Overview
Product Strategy plays a critical role in defining and the execution of our video poker commercializing strategy across global markets. This position will be a key leader within the organization, champion product planning exercises, owning the GTM Plan, and defining the Product Strategy. This position will partner with various internal groups with the goal of delivering best in class product offerings to our customers and players.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with key stakeholders, to define, manage and execute a 3YR Product roadmap inclusive of game content, hardware, game features, platform and technology enhancements
• Manage the execution of go-to-market strategies for our new and existing products and build scalable GTM activities that allow the business segment to achieve its’ KPI’s
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager to identify and oversee the creation of creative opportunities for growth and innovation within our products and services.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, creative, engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality features and differentiated experiences that resonate with our target audience.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, promoting effective communication and teamwork within the Commercialization team and business owners across the organization.
• Conduct regular market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback, insights and identify areas for improvement in the product and user experience.
• Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders, development teams, and other internal and external partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
• Define, implement, track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and analytics to evaluate the performance and success of the product, making data-driven decisions and optimizations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Work Location:
This role is hybrid at our Las Vegas or Reno, Nevada office. While it is not remote-eligible, we encourage applicants who currently reside in the Las Vegas or Reno metropolitan areas (or those excited about relocating) to apply.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of product management experience focused on customer loyalty, tools, retention and engagement, ideally within the casino gaming or technology industry
• Track record of success leading and managing a team of products or projects. Ideal candidate has proven ability to provide leadership across different time zones
• Creativity and drive towards innovation and differentiation
• Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to align product initiatives with overall business objectives and drive value for customers and the company.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging metrics and user insights to inform product strategies and optimizations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Up-to-date knowledge of casino trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you—your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why our starting compensation range is $86,538 to $220,000 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
