Overview

The Senior Manager, Bespoke Content plays a pivotal role in IGT PlayDigital’s mission to deliver exceptional, tailor-made content to our most valued customers. We are seeking a dynamic professional who excels both in client-facing interactions and in managing multiple concurrent development projects.


In this role, you will engage regularly with customers to provide project updates, gather feedback, define new project requirements, and review the performance of live games. You will actively participate in customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and develop strategic plans to support each partnership.


Internally, you will act as the key liaison between the PMO, Account Management, and Studio teams, aligning priorities and ensuring a cohesive roadmap. You’ll collaborate closely with our development teams to communicate the customer vision, provide feedback during production, and ensure the delivery of top-quality bespoke games.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial and Development teams to establish a strategic framework for all bespoke content.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to present IGT PlayDigital’s bespoke capabilities to customers and create mutually beneficial agreements for custom game development.
  • Work with customers and Account Managers to optimize game launches, positioning, and promotional strategies to maximize success.
  • Maintain an up-to-date bespoke content roadmap for each customer receiving custom games.
  • Build trusted, strategic relationships with customers to position IGT PlayDigital as their supplier of first choice for bespoke content.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to leverage our existing games to create bespoke offerings.
  • Help prioritize development resources to ensure bespoke games align with broader business and customer strategies.
  • Oversee the delivery of bespoke content, ensuring on-time and high-quality releases.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to review games in progress, gather feedback, and secure approvals.
  • Track and analyze the performance of bespoke content to assess ROI and identify improvement opportunities.

Location Preference: Remote — Las Vegas, Nevada or New York State

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in a similar customer-facing role with a strong history of enhancing client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Experience developing detailed product requirements in collaboration with customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills — verbal, written, and interpersonal — with the ability to present confidently to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Solid technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, depending on customer and business needs.

That’s why our starting compensation range is $83,696 to $220,000 USD, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture.
