Overview
As a Product Manager Intern on the Core Team in Land-Based Gaming, you will play a key role in shaping the future of casino gaming experiences. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and innovation, contributing to the delivery of core gaming products to the market that power casino floors around the world.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including game design, engineering, marketing, and operations—to support the product lifecycle from concept to launch. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about gaming, product strategy, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in capturing product requirements and delivering roadmaps for core gaming platforms and features
- Ensure vital game attribute and configuration details necessary for the delivery of our games to the market are recorded and properly set up in critical product, sales order and ERP systems
- Update and maintain product offerings in critical product, sales order and ERP systems
- Prepare jurisdictional submission requests, track and report on approval status
- Support product performance tracking and reporting using data analytics tools
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize product enhancements
- Prepare presentations and documentation for product reviews, stakeholder and status update meetings

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Game Design, or a related field.
- Currently in good academic standing with a 3.0 minimum cumulative GPA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Passion for gaming and a curiosity about how games are built and brought to market.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL) is a bonus.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $19-23/hour. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
