Overview
Position Summary:
In this role, you will be the financial thought partner to the Gaming business unit and Sales leaders with a focus on driving change by providing financial leadership on investment strategies and their execution. You will actively manage all financial aspects of the Gaming business unit.
Principal Activities and Responsibilities:
• Close collaboration with the Gaming Business unit leaders, Sales leaders, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align business objectives with financial goals.
• Leverage strong influence and executive presence to drive alignment across senior leadership, challenge the status quo, and advocate for data-driven decisions that enhance business performance.
• Develop and maintain advanced forecasting models to predict revenue trends, pipeline conversation, and sales efficiency metrics.
• Lead analysis of sales productivity, territory performance, and customer acquisition economics.
• Evaluate the financial performance and effectiveness of sales initiatives, promotions, marketing, and compensation structures.
• Provide strategic deal structuring support by partnering with sales, legal, and product teams to optimize commercial terms, ensure financial viability, and drive profitable growth across IGT.
• Own the process for prioritizing go to market investments.
• Manage and monitor working capital and cash conversion, ensure deal structures optimize for P&L and net working capital financial goals.
• Consolidate, analyze, and recommend actions to improve the BU P&L for the short and long term (>18 months)
• Work with BU leaders, Functional leaders and Finance peers to understand business drivers, ideate improvement opportunities, build consensus, and drive action.
• Communicate complex concepts and results of analyses with effective communication and visualization to senior leaders.
• Possess a deep understanding of the overall Gaming business and key levers.
• Manage investments, net working capital, cash conversion to optimize for P&L and net working capital financials goals.
• Lead and develop an FP&A team by promoting a positive, high-performing and growth-oriented environment that consistently delivers results

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in financial planning analysis and/or accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required
• MBA degree or CPA designation preferred
• Strong analytical, financial and business acumen. Able to succinctly interpret data and frame business issues in a straightforward manner and communicate them effectively to senior management
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work product and introduce innovative processes and solutions.
• Ability to set the financial agenda for the Gaming segment, driving continuous improvement and efficiencies on tactical activities to drive increase capacity to support and partner with the business
• Proven ability to design operational procedures and processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of Gaming’s financial and operational performance.
• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively with team.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines
• Strong project management skills
• Proficient in SAP, BPC/Hyperion Planning Application, Excel and PowerPoint
• Accounting Competencies Knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), and aspects related to managing balance sheet assets including policies and requirements related to Capitalization and Asset Impairments
