OVERVIEW
IGT is hiring the exciting role of Executive Assistant to the Chief People & Culture Officer and the Chief Legal Officer (Executive Assistant II). These two executives are new to the company following the merger of IGT Gaming/Digital and Everi. This role provides the opportunity to help the executives, and their teams operate at maximum effectiveness and efficiency while fostering a productive, professional and fun work environment.
The Executive Assistant II provides high-level administrative support to senior executives in a fast-paced, global headquarters environment. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual who can manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare reports and presentations, follow up on assigned actions across the organization, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The Executive Assistant II demonstrates exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of business operations, including human resources, finance, economics, and management principles, is essential. This role demands experience, professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in supporting executive leadership and organizational goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide dedicated administrative support to assigned senior executives, including (for example) complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, invoice processing, and expense reporting
• Schedule and organize meetings and global team events.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the senior executives
• Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare presentation materials
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Provide support to other executives and leaders as requested
• Facilitate communication, teamwork and productivity across the executive assistant team
• Other miscellaneous tasks and additional duties as needed to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the executives and their organizations

QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
• Experience scheduling complex, global travel arrangements through travel agencies and using corporate systems
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Superior communication and customer service skills
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CHARACTERISTICS:
• 2 + years’ experience supporting senior executives in a large, complex (and preferably global) organization with thousands of employees
• 10+ years’ professional administrative (or similar) work experience
• Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent work experience
• Positive and optimistic attitude with a bias for action and results
• Builds and facilitates a positive and fun culture where people perform their best
• Self-starter that recommends tasks and solutions that make operations better, while taking initiative where appropriate
• Highly detail oriented
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (IF APPLICABLE):
• Ability to travel within the USA, and possibly international (anticipated no more than 10%)
• Ability to drive within Southern Nevada
• Ability to lift 10 pounds
• Ability to work in an office setting, use computer and office equipment for at least 8 hours daily
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, sitting, standing, bending, twisting, climbing stairs, or walking
• Ability to work remotely as needed

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses . In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
