About the Role
IGT is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Monitor Specialist to join our Hardware Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing monitor systems and display technologies across a range of hardware platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and user experience in visual output systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop monitor/display hardware components and systems.
- Evaluate and integrate display technologies including LCD, OLED, and emerging formats.
- Conduct performance testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of monitor systems.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain documentation for design specifications, test procedures, and compliance standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations in display technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in hardware engineering with a focus on display systems.
- Strong understanding of display interfaces (HDMI, DisplayPort, LVDS, etc.).
- Experience with signal integrity analysis and display calibration tools.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and hardware prototyping.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with embedded systems and firmware development.
- Knowledge of display manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Familiarity with environmental and regulatory compliance standards.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $76,179/yr - $180,000/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
