Overview
In this role, you’ll work with employees at every level of the organization, including senior leaders, to develop thoughtful, strategic, and impactful communication campaigns. You will be the point person for executive speaking points, presentations, intranet content, and messaging across all channels. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering all aspects of virtual, in-person and hybrid live events.
By collaborating with business and functional partners — such as those in government relations, social media, and external communication — you’ll drive messaging and content that supports organizational goals and cultural change while familiarizing employees around the world with IGT’s key business objectives.
Work Location:
This role is hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week) at either our Las Vegas or Reno office. While it isn’t remote-eligible, we welcome applicants who already live in one of these cities or are excited about the opportunity to relocate.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategy: Create and manage an internal communication strategy supporting the Company's culture and goals
• Execute plans: Oversee the creation and implementation of communication plans to ensure they align with Company objectives
• Advise senior leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on communication
• Mentor and coach: Mentor and coach internal communication team members to foster professional development and facilitate execution of an internal communication strategy
• Manage channels: Manage the Company's internal communication platforms and channels, including an intranet and newsletters
• Manage events: Design, promote and produce internal events to promote employee engagement
• Manage navigating world events and change communications: Ensure employees are informed and up to date
• Measure and evaluate: Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication
Requirements
- Excellent storytelling, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience delivering strategies and communication that effectively support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven success building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving team environment.
- Strategic thinking with a creative mindset to solving problems.
- Using data to measure the impact of communications you deliver and recommending methods to continuously improve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years as a communications professional; deep experience with executive and internal communications
- Sharepoint experience preferred

That’s why our starting compensation range is $106,250 to $250,500, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture.
