Overview

IGT is seeking a sustainability leader with experience in ESG and sustainability initiatives to embrace the unique opportunity to help build and lead a global sustainability function. IGT is a leading global provider of gaming, digital and financial technology solutions, formed through the combination of International Game Technology PLC’s Gaming & Digital Business and Everi Holdings Inc. IGT’s offering spans gaming machines, game content and systems, iGaming, sports betting, cash access, loyalty and player engagement solutions, enabling it to deliver integrated, customer-centric experiences across land-based and digital environments. Organized into Gaming, Digital and FinTech business units, IGT drives innovation, efficiency and value for casino, digital and hospitality operators worldwide. In alignment with overall Global Gaming, Digital and FinTech business objectives, the IGT Director Global Sustainability is responsible for leading the sustainability strategy, including key reporting workstreams. This position collaborates cross-functionally to gather and monitor relevant Company and competitive data to ensure that IGT sustainability initiatives foster positive relationships with customers, ESG rating agencies and other key stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

•    Develops and implements the company's sustainability plan, in line with reporting and business requirements
•    Manages the preparation and dissemination of sustainability reporting and communications-related materials for the Company
•    Manages the preparation of non-financial reporting (including data collection activities) in accordance with corporate needs, national and international regulations and industry standards. 
•    Manages carbon emissions-related workstreams with outside consultants, vendors and internal stakeholders, including efforts to report on emissions and track decarbonization progress against targets; Experience with carbon accounting platforms such as Persefoni is a huge plus
•    Manages external reporting requests and assessments from management, rating agencies, customers or other stakeholders
•    Leads cross-organizational collaboration with Compliance, Procurement, Legal, Communications and others to author and promote sustainability policies and practices
•    Manages Sustainability Specialist in charitable giving and responsible gaming initiatives
•    Ensures that thought leadership and panel representation is organized or vetted through the sustainability organization
•    Monitors and ensures adherence to relevant changes in sustainability legislation and initiatives 
•    Works in partnership with customers, external organizations and partners to enhance sustainability initiatives and company reputation
•    Represents the company in relevant networks, forums and events related to sustainability

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of related experience.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $106,250-$250,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. 

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
