Role Overview
Reporting to the HRIS Manager at IGT, this position will be responsible for managing user access, developing and supporting Role Based Permissions, and optimizing the security of SuccessFactors globally. This position will also support audit requirements, compliance and governance policies across the SuccessFactors environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate a team of internal and external HRIS professionals to ensure proper governance and change control for the SuccessFactors landscape
• Support audits and access reviews by monitoring audit logs and providing evidence and analysis on user permissions
• Report on the Incident resolution related to support and HRIS tickets and incidents
• Design, configure and manage RBP structures across all SuccessFactors modules with country specific requirements
• Ensure role design adheres to principles of least privilege and segregation of duties
• Contribute to the continuous improvement in the HR systems area
• Conduct periodic RBP audits, access reviews, risk assessment and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Conduct reviews on Change Management process within the team across the SuccessFactors modules
• Maintain documentation for all RBP structures, including roles, workflows, and approval processes
• Support adherence to internal policies, GDPR, SOC, SOX and other regulatory frameworks if applicable
• Participate in internal and external audits, supporting the collection of evidence and mitigation plans
• Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to align platform controls with enterprise standards
• Coordinate half yearly SuccessFactors releases/upgrades; assess impact, test, and communicate changes
• Maintain system health, monitor logs, troubleshoot performance or access issues
Main Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer science or related field
• 7+ years of experience within HRIS role
• Experience in a consulting company is a plus
• Deep knowledge of HR processes
• Extensive hands-on experience on HR systems such as SuccessFactors and related applications
• Expert level knowledge Role Based Permissions and the SuccessFactors landscape
• Ability to interact with compliance team and business stakeholders
• Experience with compliance frameworks like GDPR, SOX, or SOC
• Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT Security and HRIS best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently, in teams, and manage multiple priorities
