Role Overview

Reporting to HRIS Manager at IGT, this person will be responsible for Integrations to and from SuccessFactors and Reporting and Analytics. This role will play a key part in ensuring seamless integration of SuccessFactors with internal and third-party systems and delivering accurate reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•    Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to define integration requirements
•    Create functional specifications 
•    Implement, support and optimize interfaces using Integration Center with internal and external applications and systems
•    Maintain Integration documentation and data mapping records
•    Coordinate a team of internal and external developers to implement, support and improve API based interfaces using BTP and other middleware
•    Manage the service and operations of the e2e HRIS technical Landscape with particular focus on integration management in a complex multisystem environment comprising on premise SAP system, Success Factors, time and payroll systems, other internal and external applications
•    Utilize OData, SFAPI, REST/SOAP APIs for data synchronization and custom workflow automation
•    Work with IT Security and IAM teams to manage SSO integration (e.g., with Azure AD, etc.)
•    Maintain trust and federation settings, SAML assertions, and ensure secure authentication across modules
•    Develop and maintain advanced reports using Canvas, Story, Table Reports, and Dashboards
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
•    Optimize existing reports for performance, accuracy, and usability
•    Support adhoc reporting needs while ensuring data privacy compliance
•    Contribute to the continuous improvement in the HR systems area by proposing innovative new solutions

Main Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer science or related field
•    7+ years of experience within HRIS role
•    Experience in a consulting company is a plus
•    Deep knowledge of HR processes
•    Experience on HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP and related applications
•    Support and implementation experience of integrations with multiple applications and vendors
•    Expert level knowledge of integration tools such as SuccessFactors Reporting and Integration Center 
•    Knowledge of middleware such as BTP/CPI, PO is a plus
•    Strong SQL/data manipulation skills
•    Expert in reporting tools within SuccessFactors (Canvas, ORD, Advanced Reporting).
•    Understanding of HR data privacy and global security compliance standards
•    Good knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central 
•    Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules and certification is a plus
•    Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT Security and HRIS best practices
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
