Overview:

We are building a high-impact Rapid Response Team within our Transformation Office to lead urgent, high-priority initiatives across the enterprise. In this role you will act as an internal consultant and transformation leader, rapidly deploying to address complex business challenges, drive strategic initiatives, and accelerate change across functions.  This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at cross-functional collaboration and brings a strong track record of delivering results in dynamic environments. You will work closely with senior leadership and have visibility into enterprise-level decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead rapid assessments and interventions for critical business challenges and transformation opportunities.
  • Design and execute short-term, high-impact projects that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leaders to shape strategy, align stakeholders, and implement change.
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and cross-functional problem-solving sessions.
  • Develop playbooks, frameworks, and reusable assets to scale transformation capabilities.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance, agile team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and identify relevant issues/solutions through a structured process
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills
  • Experience with agile delivery, change management and operational excellence.

At IGT, we believe compensation should reflect you—your unique background, skills, experience, and even where you work. That’s why our starting compensation range is $165,564 to $272,874, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
