Overview:

 

As a Recruiting Coordinator in global Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be the backbone of our hiring process, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the first touchpoint to the final offer. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and candidates across the world to deliver an engaging candidate’s experience.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones and countries.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates, feedback and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (SAP: Success Factors) for internal and external Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Support Talent Acquisition partners with with job postings, sourcing, and candidate pipeline management.
  • Assist with pre-employment processes.
  • Help track recruiting metrics, candidate’s database and generate reports.
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • 1 year of experience in administration, coordination, or similar roles (not necessarily directly in HR or recruitment).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for people.
  • Proficient in MS Office and open to implementing new software tools
