Role Overview

 

IGT PlayDigital is a leading online and mobile casino games supplier, providing content and gaming solutions to some of the world’s largest and most successful iGaming operators. We use our in-depth knowledge, industry expertise and passion for gaming to design and deliver a wide range of premium casino games and products that captivate, entertain and maximize our client’s revenue potential.  

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers, configuring games and services, and providing high-quality operational support. You will act as a bridge between our internal teams and customers, managing configurations, resolving service-related issues, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.

What You’ll Do


•    Configure new customers, skins, and integrations in the production environment based on input from the integration team.
•    Set up and manage game configurations according to release roadmaps and customer requests.
•    Provide Level 2 support, handling service-related issues and customer inquiries.
•    Maintain and update settings in internal tools
•    Deliver customer reporting and ensure accurate data across production databases.
•    Project manage customer-reported issues requiring cross-team collaboration.
•    Audit customer information and ensure operational accuracy.
•    Review game-related materials from an operations perspective.
•    Ensure incident tickets are handled in a timely manner, following documented procedures and escalations where appropriate.
•    Communicate with customers regarding operational updates and configurations.

About You


•    Experience in technical operations, customer support, or a similar role.
•    Strong organizational and project management skills.
•    Fluent / Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
•    Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
•    Ability to communicate complex information in plain English

What We’d Prefer

 

Passion for gaming and a good understanding of industry trends 
Knowledge of operational processes and best practices in game production and maintenance.
Professional qualification in Computer Science 
Experience in communicating with international customers 
Knowledge of incident management processes and procedures
