🛠️ Key responsibilities include:

  • Installation, service and support of the IGT product line throughout approximately 40 countries.
  • Take the lead with organisation and execution of installations and field service visits.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues through identification to resolution both on site and via telephone, email etc.
  • Create and enhance positive customer relationships.
  • Provide technical support on internal projects.
  • Provide technical support to other team members and colleagues throughout IGT.

📚 Ideal Candidate Profile

 

We are looking for a goal orientated, proactive individual with competencies and attributes in
the following areas:

•    Preferentially a minimum of 3 years technical experience in the casino industry is required.
•    Knowledge and experience of IGTs product line is preferred.
•    Knowledge and experience of Casino Management Systems.
•    Field Service experience in a similar or comparable business.
•    A relevant qualification in electrical, electronics, PC hardware, Telecommunications or similar. 
•    A good working knowledge of MS office tools, Excel, Word, Visio.
•    Excellent organizational skills, a service minded team player that will fit in the informal but strong company culture.

To fit within our team you must have a responsible outlook, be comfortable taking initiative whilst retaining the team ethic and attituded to work within a dynamic and flexible organization.

We work in an international environment and we expect that you can express yourself without limitations in both written and spoken English.


A valid driving license is required.

As the position may require International Travel, an E.U. passport is preferred but not essential
